SHIPPING POLICY
WE SHIP YOUR ORDER WITHIN 1-3 DAYS*
Our shipping services are currently available only within the Netherlands.
We offer a shipping rate of €3.95 on orders below €50 and
FREE SHIPPING on orders above €50.
We partner with PostNL to ensure safe and reliable delivery of your packages.
*Please keep in mind that we cannot be held responsible for delays or problems from PostNL.
RETURN POLICY
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. We will credit the full order amount, but please note that the return shipping costs, which amount to €6.95 per package, are at your own expense and will be deducted from your refund.
Please take note that our product is fragile due to the glass packaging. To prevent damage during the return shipping, we suggest packing the shipment carefully with the same packaging it was received in. As we don't offer free return postage at this stage, we recommend using a tracked postage service to ensure the return reaches us.
